Step 3 : Do you need parts ?
If you product is damaged at anytime during use, it is
advised that you purchase additional parts (eg.
helicopter rotor blades) from the retailer. Very often, just by
replacing the broken rotor blades, you can get flying again.
If you have problems finding the right replacement parts, please
contact us at 1-866-214-2220 to order parts. If you have difficulty
finding parts for your toys at the retailer, parts and rotor blades
for many of our toys are also available from
www.rctoys.com
Step 4: How to obtain Technical Support ?
Before submitting a warranty claim or returning the
product to the retailer that you have purchased from, we
recommend you to follow Step 1 and 2 above for DIY self
help. You are also advised to contact us to seek further
assistance. We Interactive Toy Concepts offers 30 days
warranty to our products. Valid warranty claims are
generally processed at our Toronto Customer Service
center and customer will need to provide a valid proof
